Training Requirements for all Morgan Site Employees
Morgan is currently focusing to confirm that ALL site employees are comfortable and knowledgeable in all of the following technical areas: NWP, e-Pay, Vaultware, Strategic Solutions-Ops Manual, Resident Data Screening & Forms, Sure Deposit-if applicable, Contact at Once, Grace Hill, One Site-all concepts, EOM Close Out, MRI, ADP, Ellipse (Apartment Toolbox, Relate 24/7 & Help Desk Advisor), and any other property computer or website functions.

Welcome New Florida Regional Manager!
Morgan would like to welcome our new Florida Regional Manager, Monica Topicz, to our great management team. I know several of you had the pleasure of meeting her at our National Managers Conference.
Monica comes to us with 20 years experience in Property Management. She was most recently with a REIT, Mid America. Prior to Mid America she was with Drucker & Falk for 12 years, and Trammell Crow. She’s a University of Central Florida grad and resides in Orlando with 3 beautiful daughters.

New OneSite Mentors
Effective today, August 18th, any questions regarding One Site will first go to our newly appointed One Site Mentors. They are:
All East Coast properties should call- Martha Fusco at Lake Lily 407.998.7777
All Central properties should call- Liz Gonzalez at 3333 Weslayan 713.572.6000
All West Coast properties should call- Kimberly Garbarino 714.879.4500
This should be the first person you call for any question. Our One Site mentors have been instructed to answer the questions but to also refer any that they think need a Manager or Regional Manager’s input. So if you are referred to your Manager or Regional Manager, call them directly. The RM’s will defer to Michelle Mc Neil for the special cases.
Your One Site Mentors or Managers and RM’s will do everything they can to answer your questions the same day or within 24 hours.

Regional Master’s Conference
In July 2010 Morgan held their Regional Master’s Conference. It was a successful event with both knowledge and social fun for everyone. This was the first time many manager’s had the chance to visit Texas and tour the new properties. We received many donations from our outside vendors that supplied the fun and food for all.
I would say the most popular departing words were: "I Can’t Wait To Come Back For The Next Conference"! |
Houston Apartment Association Chili Cook Off
MORGAN Management along with the Houston properties will be participating in the Annual Houston Apartment Association Chili Cook Off on Oct 30th.
In order to come up with a chili recipe that could win in this cook off, we will be having a MORGAN Chili Cook Off Contest on Mon, Oct 11th at lunch time.
The Houston Property Managers can submit chili samples and we would like any one in the Houston Corporate Office to bring samples Oct. 11th.
Everyone is welcomed to join us at the HAA Chili Cook off on Sat, Oct 30th. Families really enjoy this event.
